Bulk Trailer

Bulk trailers (Trailers) are used for transporting powder cement, calcite, silica sand etc. Main body is manufactured from high strength steel with special shield carbon electrode welding. The frame, skeleton and backbone are fit for operation under hard land conditions and heavy loads. Bulk trailer's frame is designed to be light and look aesthetic. Steel with special alloy is used in critical points. Tailor-made designs can be implemented and produced by Akbaş Treyler based on request and needs. Bulk trailers are produced in volume options ranging between 22 m3 and 55 m3. The trailer is produced from metal sheet and other steel with special alloy. When solid particles are enclosed in fluid materials, particles start flowing inside the fluid material. In a system designed based on this logic, the flow is usually desired to be unidirectional. A bulk trailer compressor that will enable flow of air that is sufficient to carry the particles or mixture within the system is needed. Particles that need to be transported with the help of the air with high flow volume provided by the compressors start being transported to the silo or the shipping area.
